Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH)

A tax efficient, pooled property fund designed for charity investors.

We work with 1,200 UK charities to enable them to generate superior income returns through commercial property investment. Our charity sector clients invest through the Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH) fund which has a track record of progressive returns and outperformance.

PITCH is a tax-exempt, pooled UK commercial property vehicle available to all charities. With a commitment to socially responsible investment, PITCH has the advantage of allowing properties to be acquired free of Stamp Duty Land Tax. The Fund aims to deliver a relatively high- and sustainable-income yield whilst at least maintaining capital value in real terms over the economic cycle.
