SLAM ESG European Thematic Income & Growth (TIGR)

A Pan-European open-ended real estate fund with a Luxembourg SICAV structure, managed on an advisory basis by Mayfair Capital.

TIGR employs a diversified core/core-plus portfolio strategy, focusing on macro allocation and micro asset selection – as well as nimble asset management – to benefit from opportunities in the rapidly-evolving market environment for European real estate. The fund benefits from market-leading resources and local expertise covering all European markets, with particular strength in the largest and most liquid markets of Germany, France and the UK.

Investment advisory for TIGR is led by the London team of SLAM at Mayfair Capital under the guidance of Senior Fund Manager, Maureen Mahr von Staszewski.  

Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties

A real estate fund domiciled in Switzerland for qualified investors, with UK & Ireland assets managed by Mayfair Capital.

Launched in November 2017, CH European Properties invests in office, retail and residential real estate as well as mixed-use properties in attractive large cities, regional centres and their suburbs throughout Europe (excl. Switzerland). The Fund is denominated in Euro and is well-diversified by type of use. As of 31 December 2020, the portfolio consisted of 16 core properties in nine countries amounting to c. €590 million.
