As a member of Swiss Life Asset Managers, Mayfair Capital is committed to transparent reporting and continual improvement on ESG.

Transparency & Reporting

Responsible Investment and Sustainability

Swiss Life Asset Managers publishes an annual Swiss Life Asset Managers Responsible Investment Report and Swiss Life Group Sustainability Report outlining our commitments and progress.

United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment

We are signatories of UNPRI, responding to the survey annually and publishing our Group Swiss Life UNPRI Transparency Report.

Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures

We are supporters of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and have published our first Swiss Life Group TCFD report.

Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark

GRESB is the leading assessment system for the measurement of sustainability performance of real estate funds and mandates. Swiss Life Asset Managers is a member of GRESB and Mayfair Capital funds have been participating in the assessment since 2014. We aim to continually improve our GRESB reporting and increase our fund participation.

Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation

The EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”) came into effect on 10 March 2021. SFDR imposes new transparency obligations and periodic reporting requirements on investment management firms at both a product and manager level.

As a UK alternative investment fund manager, Mayfair Capital is not currently in scope for SFDR, although many of our ESG initiatives are broadly in line with SFDR principles. Information regarding Swiss Life Asset Managers’ responsible investment policy and SFDR disclosures can be found through the related link.
