Charity Times Awards 2022 Shortlist

We are delighted to announce that Mayfair Capital’s - The Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH) – has been shortlisted for the Charity Times Awards 2022, in the category of Boutique Investment Management Award.

PITCH is a £804m property portfolio invested on behalf of more than 1,200 UK charities (at 31.3.22). The Fund benefits from a thematic investment approach making it well placed to identify and capitalise on emerging trends which has helped deliver the Fund’s market out-performance over the long term, whilst ensuring the Fund’s investments are tax-efficient, sustainable and meet the ethical requirements of our underlying charity investors.

Central to the Fund’s management is our integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters which continue to evolve as we work on our journey to Net Zero Carbon and reduce carbon emissions across the property portfolio. This progress culminated in PITCH’s Global Real Estate Sustainable Benchmark (GRESB) score, which improved by a considerable 15% in 2021.
